A targeted support aimed at charitable businesses and services, good causes or groups, where the business is heart-centred and people-focused, putting service users’ needs above profits.
We are all fundamentally flawed. No matter how hard we try, we are the product of our environment. We have inherited certain beliefs, thoughts and tendencies from our ancestors, and have absorbed other beliefs and habits from our family, social circle, our culture, and from our own experiences – accumulated not only through this current life, but also from past lives.
We often exhibit behaviour patterns that we relied upon in childhood, perhaps as coping mechanisms, but these are so ingrained in our physical, mental and emotional self that we fail to notice our continual reliance on them as adults. These firmly held beliefs and behaviours impact our life every day.
When we are a business owner, less than helpful limiting beliefs and behaviour patterns can have a huge impact on what we’re trying to bring into being through our professional life. This is why I felt so called to work on identifying and healing my own shadows, through access to the Akashic Records, prior to supporting you on this journey.
As well as the business owner, there is also the impact of the other key decision makers in the organisation. Each individual who holds the power and freedom over where the business goes has the potential to leave their personalised imprint on that business – whether positive or negative.
Why should a business consider this service?
The need for this side to my service offerings has come to my awareness gradually over time, through my own personal (and very difficult) experiences with customer-focused businesses that were, quite frankly, chaotic in nature. Over the past year in particular, I have received messages through my dreams and nudges during unrelated conversations with others. I then started to get a strange sense of disorder when dealing with certain services, which alerted me to the fact that the service can only ever be as effective as the key decision makers that work there.
In numerous ways:
Lack of cohesion and progress towards goals, inconsistency.
Individuals not pulling together, opposing views, “me” before “we”, personal agendas getting in the way of decision-making processes.
Potentially, the business has been in existence for quite some time, but has lost its focus and seems far removed from its original intentions.
Maybe there is more time spent on fire-fighting than on service delivery.
There will seem to be a chaotic nature to the business, a disordered feel to how the business is running and performing.
There may have been a high turnover of staff that support the business, and maybe recent changes of key decision makers.
Running this organisation will seem like an uphill struggle and nothing seems to fit anymore.
How would an individual’s shadows show up in a business?
I work with not only the business owner, but with all key decision makers that impact the business, its growth and potential.
First and foremost, you need the total buy-in of all the key people who you wish to bring with you on this journey. This work involves individuals to be willing and ready to work with their own shadows in order to improve the functionality of the service. It is the passion to improve your service that will be the key motivator that connects you as a unified team, capable of undertaking this challenging work.
I will come to your business to meet the team and will view your service in action. You will detail the current difficulties and stumbling blocks that you’re experiencing as a service. Later, I will arrange individual consultations with each key decision-maker at my location. The structure of the individual sessions is identical to those of the personal clients (please refer to the Akashic Records Page for additional information).
By working with each individual, respecting confidentiality, I will ascertain major blockages that could be contributing to service potential. I will access the Akashic Records to identify root causes and, working together, we can start the transformational work of transmuting and healing them, enabling the free flow of energy once more.

It goes without saying that each individual undergoing this work will see improvements in working relationships, including in how you work towards a common shared goal for service delivery, resulting in renewed energy and enthusiasm for the service.
There will be more cohesion and focus. You will no longer bring your own limiting beliefs or thoughts into the Board Room, and will be empowered and motivated to the cause. Rather than acting as individuals with a common goal, but often pulling in different directions, you will be operating as a unified force for the benefit of your service users.
On a personal level, with an enhanced awareness of unhealthy and limiting patterns and behaviour, you will naturally start to transform them and, over time, will also notice improvements in your personal relationships, both with others and with yourself.
How far reaching these transformations go is ultimately up to you, as the recipient of this support, but it is through your dedication and passion for your business that will give you the capability to undergo this transformative work.
